of Bridport on the B3162 road
to Broadwindsor. Sitting in
Dorset's Area of Outstanding
Natural Beauty the Old Chapel
is ideally placed for both
countryside lovers and those
seeking all that the Jurassic
Coast has to offer.

ACCOMMODATION:-

Step through the front door
into the open plan arrangement
of the Old Chapel. Lime plastered walls and items of high quality, purpose designed and
constructed, timber furniture
meet the eye. Wooden floors
extend throughout. All hot water
used in the building is heated by
a solar powered system.

The Kitchen is well appointed
with an electric oven and hob, microwave oven, toaster, 'fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
All kitchen utensils are provided
along with crockery & cutlery for
six people. High stools and a
breakfast bar complete this
section of the Old Chapel
conversion.

The Dining area houses a dining
table and four chairs.

The Lounge offers a comfortable relaxation area with sofas, chairs
and rugs. High Definition TV with freeview, a DVD player and CD
player with ipod connection are provided. A woodburner is the centrepiece of the lounge. Logs
are provided. Additional heating comes from three electric heaters.
Together the woodburner and the heaters provide ample warmth.

The smaller of the two bedrooms
is beyond the Lounge. The double
bed can be separated to provide
two 2ft 6in singles. There is ample
hanging and storage space.
The en suite bathroom has a
lavatory, wash-basin and a
shower over a bath. There is
a heated towel rail. A doorway
leads out onto the patio.

A Utility Room provides a sink, washing machine and tumble
drier, and lends itself ideally
as the place to remove muddy
boots or deal with sandy feet!

Stairs lead to a Landing which is
large enough to contain a desk
and further comfortable seating.
The view from the window
extends across the Dorset
fields towards Devon.

The Master Bedroom with
en suite Shower Room lead off
the Landing. The double bed is
central between two large
wardrobes each with drawers.

The en suite Shower Room has
a lavatory, wash-basin, shower
and heated towel rail.

Bed linen and towels
are provided for each guest.

There is dedicated parking for
two cars outside the property.

Because of the steps leading to
and within the building, the Old Chapel is not recommended for
those with mobility difficulties.

Dogs are not accepted.

Changeover day is Friday.
