Situated in Dorset's designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the cottage is
just a short distance from Frampton Village Green & the River Frome.

Wellbridge is ideally placed for exploring the extensive local footpath network or touring West Dorset.

ACCOMODATION:-

The Lounge/Dining/Kitchen area is comfortably furnished & fully carpeted. A digital TV with Freeview, video recorder & DVD player are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & hob, 'fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher & washing machine. All utensils, crockery & cutlery are provided.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 is twin bedded. Both bedrooms have ample clothes hanging space and storage.

The Bathroom has a lavatory, wash-basin & bath with shower.

Electric heating is provided throughout. There are no additional charges or meters.

All bed linen and towels for each guest are included. Beach towels are not provided.

The property is suitable for wheelchair access.

A cot and high chair are available if required.

Parking is provided in a designated space adjacent to the quadrangle.
